RETURN POLICY
Returns and Exchanges:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you not be satisfied for any reason, you may return an item within 10 days of receiving it. You will receive a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping charges, in the same form of payment used to place your order. You can expect a refund within 10 business days after we receive the return, provided it arrives undamaged.
How to Return an Item:
If you wish to make a return, please email me at cindychenard@gmail.com Include your shipping and order information, and an explanation detailing the reason for the return. Repack the item to be returned, using original packing materials if possible. If original materials are not usable, use appropriate packing materials with plenty of cushioning, and repack items carefully. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
